Cupping Marks Explained:

How to Use for Pain Management:
1. Make sure your skin is clean and dry.
2. Pick a treatment area.
3. Apply one or two Zenus by Earth cupping on the area you would like to treat.
4. Adjust the strength of cupping suction (1-4 levels)
5. Apply for a few minutes (Max.10 minutes per treatment area)
6. Repeat as needed
How to Use it to Help Firming of Skin:
1. Make sure your skin is clean and dry.
2. Pick a treatment area.
3. Apply one or two Zenus by Earth essential oil on your skin.
4. Apply one Zenus by Earth cup on the area you would like to treat
5. Adjust the strength of cupping suction (1-4 Levels)
6. Use in a circular motion for a few minutes (Max 10 minutes per treatment area)
7. Repeat as needed
Treatment and use:
Recommend to use the cupping device for at least 3 minutes, and a maximum of 10 minutes for a typical treatment in summer, and 15-20 minutes in Winter. You may want to keep the cupping device to stay over a specific acupoint for longer if necessary.
03 mins: A 3-minute treatment is recommended if you are weak or new to cupping. It is also recommended to be used on thinner muscles.
10 mins: A 10-minute treatment is recommended to remove heavy stagnation for soothing pain or soreness.

Place the device on your body, once it is in contact with the body, you would feel the suction, the red-light therapy function and the vibration massage function will start automatically.
Cupping Mode Key
The Product has 4 cupping modes:
• M1 — Active Mode
• M2 — Soothing Mode
• M3 — Deep Mode
• M4 — Professional Mode
Step-by-Step
SHORT PRESS the cupping mode key (M) while the device is on to switch between different cupping modes.
(The default mode is ‘Mode 1:M1’ when the device is turned on)
Zenus by Earth cupping device has 4 suction modes.
SHORT PRESS to adjust the strength of cupping suction (1 – 4 levels). The default setting is level-1.
The suction intensity indicator will show the current strength level correspondingly. When the suction light indicator flashes blue and starts to move, the device is in active working state, and the cupping suction level will be displayed.
TIP: When you use it for the first time or if you have sensitive skin, please start with “Level 1”. At the first treatment, please pay attention to the step-by-step adjustment in order to find the mode and intensity that is right for you.
